Farewell to friends...

The G-Crew arrived in Boston about 3 years ago and we were fast friends. However, as is often the case in this area, they were destined to be here for only a few short years while Chris completed dental school. We knew that because Chris was promised to the Air Force, the G-Crew would be sent someplace far away after school.  So, while we were happy for them to finish this chapter in their lives and receive notice that they were headed for Idaho near friends and family, we were disappointed to see them leave.

Last week the boys had a chance to hang out for a few days and enjoy their last few "play dates" together. I don't think they realized these were the last visits they would have so they just enjoyed playing and running around. For me, it was a little bittersweet and I found myself fogging up the viewfinder on the camera a few times.
