Where, oh, where has my baby gone?

Today our baby is officially one year old! Where has the time gone?!? One year ago today, we were sitting at South Shore Hospital holding this new little life in our hands and waiting to hear about the closing on our first home! In 12 months we have:

• Had a baby,
• Purchased a home,
• Moved,
• Gutted and completely remodeled a kitchen,
• Torn down a deck and built a new one,
• Remodeled/repaired the second bedroom,
• And acquired more debt than we know what to do with!

 So here is our gorgeous bundle of joy a year ago

 

And here he is today!

 

He currently weighs 20 pounds, has 9 teeth, says "Dada," "Mama," and "Wow-Wow" as (well as lots of other babbling), is on the verge of walking and is learning how to stand up without holding on to anything. He is a joy and we are so glad to have been chosen as his parents!
