Sunshine is here again!

It seems like Spring has been "just around the corner" for some time in New England and today we actually got a nice taste of it! We've had plenty of rain and there's more in store for tomorrow so we took advantage of the nice weather to take a little drive over to Pond Meadow Park in Braintree. The geese, ducks, and swans are out and the paths are clear. So we enjoyed a short walk and spent some time feeding the birds.

Here we are feeding a pair of geese up on the grass. My belly is getting HUGE (of course, we are in the last 6 weeks of the countdown).


We walked a quarter of the way around the pond and Aiden ran from one side of the path to the other (no, we did not get a nap out of this venture).


Daddy joined in the fun, too.


Aiden also tried out his tree climbing skills...


And we stopped back by the pond to visit our little goose pair one more time before leaving.
