On the 31st we went to Grandpa and Grandma Zafft's to trick-or-treat on their street. There isn't any trick-or-treating in our apartment complex so we thought Westwood was a much better bet. Aiden wouldn't wear the hood of his lion costume but enjoyed going to a few houses to ring the bells. He didn't really catch on to the activity but enjoyed looking at the lit jack-o-lanterns!
Here we are taking a look at the pumpkins on one neighbor's porch. Ian just missed Aiden actually looking at the pumpkins because the night shot feature delays by just a few seconds.
The day after Halloween was our church's annual "Trunk or Treat" where people decorate their cars and the kids go trick-or-treating from car to car. We did get a few decent shots out of the evening but Aiden had no interest in doing any trick-or-treating since we had an entire bowl of candy at our own car! Can't say the kid isn't too bright!
Raiding our candy bowl
A decent shot in his costume (hood still off)
How Aiden spent most of the time outside... (those would be Nerds he stuffing in his face)
Our car neighbor's very creative display!
Another reason these pics didn't get up very soon was that we drove off from the Trunk or Treat without our camera!!! Thank goodness a friend recognized the case, gave us a call, and returned it to us. So it's not a great excuse but it's the only one I've got! Thanks again, C&G!

I never saw that skeleton thing lurking about the parking lot. I'm almost more freaked out because of that. Sorry I forgot to take indecent pics with your camera. Next time, gadget. Next time.
Thanks for the great photos. Can't get over how tall he's getting. Looks just great!
Love, Marmie
