Sink Bathing

We are undergoing yet another renovation at our house and splitting our time between a nearby hotel and the house until we have working toilets. The current renovation has been on our "to do" list for quite some time, but involved removing an unused chimney that ran through the main floor and upstairs baths. Because of the chimney, both bathrooms had to be renovated at once (hence the lack of working indoor toilets). I don't have the patience/heart/wherewithal to actually post about the renovation yet, but you can keep your eye on this album (https://picasaweb.google.com/105841636035335018790/KitchenBathReno?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCMiM-aKS6sa4hAE&feat=directlink) for pictures as we go along.

One of the more exciting parts of being without facilities for a bit is reverting to old practices like washing kids in the sink (the porta-potty in the back yard is less fun). Today, Devin needed such a treatment, so into the kitchen sink he went!

"You're taking pictures, Mommy?"
