Dentist Fun

Aiden has been looking forward to his semi-annual dental cleaning for over a month! I don't know if it's the prizes, the chair, or the "Mr. Thirsty," but he loves going to the dentist's office.

Because Devin will be 3-years-old in May and that is when our dentist starts seeing kids, we took Devin along for the experience.

He was not excited once we got in the room!


But, after getting his teeth cleaned, Aiden showed Devin how the rinse cup and sink worked.


We then saw some excitement!




Aiden got a clean bill of (dental) health!


And he got to pick out a new toothbrush!


Then he got to choose a fluoride flavor (he chose chocolate), and "Mr. Thirsty" went to work.


Devin then consented to a ride in the chair (though he was happier on Dad's lap).


The hygienist kindly gave him a sticker and toothbrush, too.


Good job on the clean teeth, Aiden. And stay tuned for updates in May about Devin's real first dentist appointment!
