Home again, home again...

Thursday we returned home from our 11 day trip to Oregon and it is very, very cold here (compared with 45 degrees and rain). But we were really happy to be home in our own bed even if we couldn't get Aiden to go to his own.

While in Oregon, we celebrated Christmas, enjoyed some of the sights of Portland, saw some old friends, and hung out with family. Here are just a few highlights from our activities.

Playing at Pump it Up though it took a while for Aiden to start enjoying himself...


Having an absolute blast in the water at the Portland Children's Museum! (A much better value than the children's museum in Boston)


Enjoying the sand-play area at OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry which is WAY cooler than the Boston Museum of Science)


Going for a ride at the Oregon Zoo!


And probably the best part of our trip (in Aiden's opinion)... Seeing a REAL choo-choo train lit up for Oregon Zoo's "Zoo Lights"!


Probably my mother's favorite part was this:

All of her girls (even if their own children couldn't all make it) together for the first time in several years!
